Most businesses that need software fall between two poor options. On one side, template agencies: cheap, quick and cookie-cutter - somebody else's theme with your logo on it, and nobody answering the phone six months later. On the other, enterprise consultancies: capable, but slow, expensive and wrapped in account management, built for procurement departments rather than for people who just need working software.
Graeyna exists for the businesses in between - the ones that need genuinely bespoke engineering, straight answers and a team that stays reachable after launch, without paying for a floor of intermediaries.
So that's what we are: senior engineers you talk to directly, who scope honestly, build properly and stick around. Nothing about that is revolutionary - it's just uncommon.

Honesty over upselling
We tell you when not to build. It's written into our service pages: when off-the-shelf serves you better, when a website beats an app, when your budget and your ambitions don't match - you hear it in the discovery call, not after the invoice.
You own everything
Source code, database, intellectual property - yours outright once the work is paid for. No licence fees, no hostage clauses, and documentation good enough that any competent developer could take over. We'd rather you stayed because you want to.
Engineered properly
Boring reliability beats fashionable architecture. We choose technology your business can depend on - and hire for - in five years' time, and save the experiments for our own products.
Direct to the engineers
The person you talk to is a person building your software. No account-manager relay, no requirements passed through three people before they reach the code - questions get answers from someone who actually knows.
We run what we build
Our own products are live in the app stores and run real events. We feel operational pain first-hand - the outage alert, the store review queue, the migration that has to go right - so we engineer against it in your systems too.
Small on purpose
A deliberately small, senior team. Nobody junior learns their trade on your invoice, nothing is handed to the cheapest available desk - and staying small keeps us honest about what we take on.
